Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of the Chinese hot pot dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. It is cooked completely by the water of the food itself, without adding water to the pot. The main feature of the restaurant is to advocate a standardised Chinese food model of ‘no chef, no smoke, and no repeated use of ingredients. We are also a Halal restaurant, to cater to all faiths and cultures.
